A 12-week program for fit moms who want to lose 5-15lbs of fat without skipping their kids' birthday cake, spending hours on a treadmill, or losing their curvy muscles.

 As moms who have poured our entire bodies into raising our kids, there's nothing wrong with wanting to feel AMAZING inside of it. 

Whether you've tried the "weight loss" thing a dozen times and just can't seem to make it work, or whether this is the first time in your life you've needed to, I'm here to show you how.

I believe that being good at anything is a simple matter of acquiring

Weight loss is no different. 

The problem is that as moms we're so used to trying to do everything on our own, either because we're trying to save money, or save time. But when you don't know what you're doing you end up wasting MORE time and money trying to figure it out, then getting frustrated and burnt out from it. I know you know what fitness & diet burnout feels like. It's exhausting.

But guess what.... this is my wheelhouse! 

My name is Tess Franklin and I'm a former National-level figure competitor, Oxygen magazine cover girl, 
and fitness coach for moms. 

I've gone through the process of leaning out dozens of times prepping for bodybuilding shows & photoshoots (all as a mom of 3 kids), and coaching my mama clients through their own transformations. The Lean Mom Method is the accumulation of my 10 years of experience all packed into a super clear step-by-step success path.
At the end of these 12 weeks you're going to see that this dream #mombod you have in your mind isn't just achievable, but that you have all the skills you need to do whatever the heck you want with it! Oh yeah, and you'll look and feel like a total babe ;)

In this program I'm going to teach you the skills you need so you can:

MONTH 1
After completing a questionnaire and submitting your metrics, we'll start by establishing a caloric deficit based on your body and lifestyle. I'll teach you HOW TO STICK TO YOUR PLAN. And your workouts will be focused on prepping your body for the demands that lay ahead!

MONTH 2
After monitoring your body's response, next we'll adjust your nutrition and fitness plan based on how you're progressing, and dig deeper into that deficit to build some momentum. Training will become more intense with heavy compound lifts to help us preserve lean muscle mass while we shed the fat. I'll be touching base regularly to make sure you're thriving and progressing. You will feel SO well-supported.

MONTH 3
At this point we'll have a good idea of what works for your body so we'll just keep making little tweaks and ride it out through the finish line!  You'll probably be getting pretty excited for the future, so the final month is all about setting you up for the next steps: I'll show you how to work with macros and teach you about "flexible dieting" so you can find that elusive sweet spot where reaching your goals actually feels sustainable, and we'll also talk about what to do AFTER the diet is over.

Program Requirements

Here's the thing, this will not be a quick fix. I will give you all the resources you need but you will still have to invest the time, energy, and yes even some money into getting the work done. For that reason, participants must have:
  • An established routine of exercise (3-5x per week for the past 6 months)
  • 30-60 minutes per day to devote to workouts, cooking, planning, and learning
  • A support system (partner, kids, friends, etc.) who want to see them become their absolute best!
  • ​Access to a commercial or home gym with a variety of weights
You don't have to keep doing this alone. Let me do what I'm GREAT at so you can save your time and energy for the people and things YOU love and are great at.

FAQ
Q:  What type of equipment will I need?
A:  A commercial or home gym are strongly recommended. We'll be using barbells + plates, dumbbells, bands or cables, and a bench. 
Q: What is the time requirement during the week?
A: Plan to devote an hour per day to this program, including workouts, meal prep, and course work. 
Q:  What are the workouts like?
A: These workouts are deeply rooted in bodybuilding - THE sport for building gorgeous physiques! Although they're generally under an hour each, they will still be intense as I'm challenging you to lift heavier than you maybe believe you can ;) These are NOT circuit training, bootcamp, or Crossfit style workouts.
Q: Can I do this program if I'm not a mom?
A: Hells yeah, girl! 
Q:  What if something comes up and I need to take a break?
A: I strongly encourage you to look ahead in your calendar and ensure you have the capacity to take on this transformation right now. However, life happens and if you need to take a break rest assured that the course content, workouts, and check-ins will remain.
